THE PLAN FOR THE MINISTRY
IT IS TIME INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES KE NAKO SEKUNJALO NPC
INTRODUCTION
IT IS TIME INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES KE NAKO SEKUNJALO NPC, is a registered ministry, The *registration Number is 2025/378258/08. We are called for the homeless people in and around Durban. The name of the ministry is: IT IS TIME INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES KE NA KO SEKUNJALO (is prophetic). The pastors are Mr Paul Stephannes Kloppers (Senior) and Lindiwe Wendy Zulu-Kloppers, in charge of Creative Ministry. They have been called to the Apostolic office to plant this church. They were ordained by the late Pastor Ray McCauley of Rhema Bible Church, North in August 2024.
In 2003, God called LindiweWendy Zulu-Kloppers to become a pastor. In February 2004, sheenrolled and joined Rhema Bible School in Johannesburg, in the quest of becoming a pastor to fulfill a call of God in her life. In January 2004, before she joined bible school, God spoke to her and said: “I am using Rhema Church as a pyramid, I will send people from all over the world to come &study and be trained at Rhema. After they have been trained, I will send them back to their own countries to implement what they have been taught. Rhema is my church and they are doing my will”. When I joined bible school during the same year in the
month of February 2004, I was surprised to see people from many nations around the globe.
During the first week, when she started at Rhema Bible College, God spoke again, in February 2004. He said: “I will send you back to a church where you come from. You will serve under a pastor who will be your husband. You will be in charge of creative ministry, where I am sending you there are many problems but you will turn it around until it is healthy, just like Paul who used to turn many churches around, it won’t be easy but I will be with you”.
In March 2004, the Lord spoke again and said: “I Chronicles 22:5b”. Which reads: “And the church which has to be build must be Magnificent of Fame of Glory that will stand above all countries, I will therefore make preparations for it now”. In 2003, I was diagnosed with bipolar, which proved to be a false diagnosis. After fifteen
years In August 2018, the Lord spoke again and said: “You do not have bipolar but I have made you to have signs of people who are living with bipolar so that you can build a hospital for the mentally ill. You have seen how my people have been treated. I want my people to be treated with decency and dignity paying next to nothing”.
In 2019, the Lord spoke again, what was meant to be a holiday in Durban, God turned it around and said: “You are not going back to Johannesburg anymore. Go to the beach and minister the gospel. Your ministry is homeless people. You will teach them how to Sing, Act, Dance, & Comedy and you will also write their stories and make films”. The ministry started.
I started ministering the gospel and feeding homeless people about two – four per day, in town, Over Port City and along the beach front areas through small donations that I used to get from friends. In 2019, the Lord also said: “Go to the South, the South must be the same as the North. You must build churches, garages, and businesses, because I am blessing you. Little did we know that the Lord has called us to operate just like KwaSizabantu Mission which was led by the
late Reverend Erlo Stagen at KwaMaphumulo. He has built churches, grow agriculture, produce, Aqueel water. Theymake their own dairy, bread etc. They have their own supermarket, and they rehabilitate drug addicts.
In 2022 I was trained to become a film maker by Ethekwini Film Association and Infinity Media. I am now a qualified film maker.
In September 2023, the Lord also said: “Go and study to become a Clinical Psychologist.
NSFAS will fund you”. I am a currently enrolled as a second year student at the University of South Africa. I am studying towards a degree in Psychology.

FORECAST
In order to build the mission in order to create employment we have interacted with Chief Ndabezitha Shinga, a chief at UMthwalume area. To become our mediator and connect us with other chiefs in the area in order to obtain land with the aim of creating employment.
We need to obtain about 300 hectors of land in the South of Durban. We will speak to the chiefs to grant us access to land in order to fulfill what God has called us to do.
ANALYSIS
We met with the A.N.C. Counselor, of Ethekwini, Mr Lushaba in 2022. We visited shelters around Durban. He advised that we must only feed people who live in the shelters because those people are under authority. He assured us that the people who are living in shelters are already in the process of being rehabilitation as a result we should focus on them.
TARGET MARKET
We are targeting the youth from KwaZulu Natal, Ages 18 – 35 years old. We are targeting mainly people who are homeless in order to rehabilitate, transform their lives and prepare them for Creative Space. Miss Lindiwe Zulu-Kloppers is in charge of Creative Ministry. Mr Paul Stephannes Kloppers, is a leading pastor of IT IS TIME INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES KE NAKO SEKUNJALO NPC.
SHORT TERM GOALS
Our main focusis to rehabilitate the lives of the homeless people in the city of Durban, away from the city where they will have no access to drugs. We have been entrusted by God to transform their lives in order to become Superstars. And these Celebrities will belong to the South of Durban. Once they mature they will contribute to the growth of the economy of KwaZulu Natal.
They will form part of the entertainment industry, where they will become Television icons, film Producers, Directors, Musicians. They will become Professional Dancers, Comedians, as well as Actors. KwaZulu Natal often lose talent to other provinces especially to Gauteng region because of lack of employment in KwaZulu Natal.
Once we have access to land. We are going to build two buildings blocks which resemble school buildings, with bathroom and toilets, cottages for two families who will be acting in the capacity of pastors, in order to monitor and control these people. They will also counsel and mentor them. There are five hundred males who are homeless and one hundred and seventy females in Durban, but will only focus on those who are ready to change their lives.
We are also going to build a three bedroom, house, a dinning room area, lounge, kitchen and bathroom and toilet for the senior pastors. We are also going to build a dinning hall and kitchen which will be used for church services as well. We are also going to build a service station, which will generate income and employment for the homeless, will also serve as a sustainability for the mission. We are going to be making and selling our own bread, dairy as well meat and vegetables from our own agriculture.
We have a team of pastors who are volunteering and in support of our ministry. Living in the farm will be free and people will be paid a fair amount of salaries for rendering their services.
MEDIUM TERM PLAN
Once the church services have started, and there is a formidable growth in our finances, will start building villas for our staff members. We want to bring Dubai in Africa in the South of Durban. We will also start building our campus which should take a few years to complete. We want to build a
golf estate, a kindergarten for small children, and a private lower primary school. We will hire the best teachers of multi-racial background to come and teach at our school, while planning to build a teachers college in order to train teachers to equip them for employment in the mission.
By this time, our drug addicts will finish the rehabilitation program. As we preach the gospel of Christ, we are going to counsel, and baptize them, and bring more people into the mission. We are also goingto train them into various kinds ofskills such as Agriculture, Media, Dairy farming, baking of bread, carpentry, plumbing, mechanic, working in the service station as well as in the supermarket and administration. Please note that this will take a while. In the same process will also start building our palace.
During this time we are going to start shooting content for the homeless. We need them to act like hobos. And we are going to sustain ourselves through the content by selling it to media agencies. We are going to source training from experienced media personalities to train our people to shoot films.
My husband is a farmer will train also them for agriculture, how to make bacon, cheese, dairy, butter and biltong. We are also going to manufacture anti-ageing cream from the cow fat and import to other countries.
LONG TERM PLAN
By this time, will complete the building projects, hotel for our guests, and film studios. We believe that we shall have tourist who will be frequenting our country to witness the work that we are going to do. Accommodation will be free for all our guests, but people will donate whatever comes from their hearts, willingly.
Our homeless people will also graduate from being addicts to becoming useful staff members, and be ready for employment. By this time, our young children will be ready for high school, and we shall build a private high school for them. We are aiming for IEB and a 100% pass rate just like KwaSizabantu Mission.
Our teachers college will also be ready by this time. And we shall offer employment to teachers from the area and in around Durban. We will also build an online community radio station for entertainment, gospel and news. We will also employ qualified Journalists in our station. We believe that we are going to have our own
community who will be interested in our news and broadcast on a daily basis.
By this time we shall have our own studios ready where we are going to do our filming projects just like Tyler Perry Studios. And we are going to partner with Durban Film, KZN Film, as well NFVF for funding and producing of films and sell to NETFLIX, SABC, UMZANSI as well as ETV. We are going to
turn KwaZulu Natal into a film hub, creating memories for the world and filming iconic places, from the South region as well as Northern region of KwaZulu-Natal.
By this time we will have our three church services and our campus will be ready for occupation.
And by this time we are going to train golfers with our members. We are going to build swimming pools for women and men, where we will be doing aqua sports
activities. We are also going to have our own rugby fields, different sports activities such as tennis, volleyball, athletic sports, golf and tennis.
We are going to be working closely with schools in the South region, such as INtengo high school, and they excel in Creative Arts. They also excel in their matric pass rate. We are also going to be providing employment to our locals.
By this time we will have an up & running hospital facilities, which will have expects such as Psychiatrist medical Doctors, Psychologists, Nurses, and Social workers who will be offering free health care services for our members and local communities. We will treat people for mental
illnesses, HIV & AIDS, as well as for medical ailments.
FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS
We are going to try and unite homeless people with their own families. But those who are rejected by their families, will belong to the mission. They will become our responsibility and we intend to bury them with dignity.
We are going to register a company as brokers and partner with other funeral Parlour’s in the South of Durban, for storage of the bodies. We will sign up for minimum funeral policies with Old Mutual, Sanlam and Avbob.
We will ensure that our members are buried in the mission with decency and dignity.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, our mission is to preach the gospel, turn lives around, rehabilitate and unite them with their own families. We are going to ensure that there is less crime and a growing number of celebrities in KwaZulu Natal. As we dedicate ourselves in transforming lives, these entertainers will grow and will contribute to the growth of the economy in South Africa. We will also export our agricultural produce to overseas countries, and will use funds for the advancement of the kingdom.
We will create employment for the homeless and local people in the area. As a church we will produce more churches in the South, feed, spread and advance the gospel kingdom. We will also ordain more pastors. There will be no need for Bible College because our ministry will be teaching a doctrine which will prepare them for the take over in the ministry according to international standards.
By this time we will have more people in the entertainment space. As they will be able to sustain themselves as we release them into the world. But they will always be homeless people among us.
As Reverend Erlo Stegen said; “those who will come after him will do greater and mighty exploits then he what I did, the gospel must not wane but continue”. We believe God has called us for the time such as this to advance the kingdom of God.
